Setting up FAQs
You can call the butcher shop, or message us on Facebook to book a beef in to be butchered. Because we are a mobile butchering service, we will come to your farm with our butcher truck, and do the slaughter right at your place. You are responsible for disposing of the hide and internal organs, and we will cut the beef in halves and take it back to hang in our facility. Our butcher will call you and go through each cut to see how you would like it cut and wrapped. Once it is done and frozen, we will box it, and have it ready for pickup.
Please note that any beef that is slaughtered by a mobile butcher in Alberta will be labeled “Uninspected Not For Sale” as per government regulations, and must be used for your own consumption.
